60-Second Reset

Take one minute:

  1. Put both feet on the floor.
  2. Take 3 slow breaths.
  3. Name 3 things you can see.
  4. Name 2 things you can hear.
  5. Ask yourself: “What do I need right now?”

Small moments of grounding can make a big difference.

This Month’s Wellness Focus

The semester can get busy fast. Try:

  • Create a realistic weekly routine
  • Take a break when you need one
  • Make time for something you enjoy
  • Connect with someone on campus
  • Get enough rest
  • Ask for support when you need it

Remember: You don’t have to have everything figured out. Take it one day at a time and give yourself room to adjust.
