Safety features in residence halls include cameras on exterior doors and ACT Card access to most hall entrances and elevators. Additionally, the Community-Oriented Police (COP) program brings UAPD officers into residence halls to develop relationships with students and maintain a presence after hours. Residents maintain the safety of their community by keeping doors locked and reporting any concerns to hall staff or UAPD at 205-348-5454.
