For the safety and security of all residents, mail is not delivered directly to residence halls. Instead, all letter mail and trackable packages are first delivered to the Campus Mail Service Center.
Shipping Items to Campus
Each enrolled student is assigned a permanent six-digit Mailstop Code (MSC#), which should be included on all packages to ensure proper routing. Do not address packages to the student’s residence hall.

Move-in Packages
You can ship packages to campus prior to move-in. Learn more about Campus Mail’s move-in package service on their website.
Parcel Lockers
Parcel lockers are available for students in Bryce Lawn, Presidential 1, Presidential 2, Paty, and Tutwiler for package pickup. Students who live in other halls can have their packages delivered to a parcel locker near their hall or at the Campus Mail Service Center. Students can view parcel lockers locations/district numbers and change their default locker delivery location on the Student Mail Services Portal.

Local Deliveries to Residence Halls
Deliveries are not accepted in the buildings, and delivery vendors cannot gain access to the buildings. If residents have food, flowers or other deliveries, the resident will need to meet the delivery vendor at the front entrance to the building to accept the items themselves. HRC staff cannot accept deliveries on behalf of students, and there isn’t a place to leave deliveries in the buildings for later pickup.
