Home-ish: Finding a Home Away From Home

Coming soon!

60-Second reset

Take one minute:

  1. Put both feet on the floor.
  2. Take 3 slow breaths.
  3. Name 3 things you can see.
  4. Name 2 things you can hear.
  5. Ask yourself: “What do I need right now?”

Small moments of grounding can make a big difference.

    This Month’s Wellness Focus

Missing home is a normal. Try:

    • Check in with someone from home
    • Meet someone new
    • Explore campus
    • Create a comforting routine
    • Reach out when you need support

Remember: Missing home is okay—you can miss home and still find your place here.
