Parham West offers residents a fully furnished room. Most rooms are double-occupancy with community bathrooms. The hall is located near on-campus dining options like Mary B’s. The 1st floor has a common space area lounge. Parham West connects to Parham East on the 1st floor to provide residents access to a community kitchen and laundry room. Students are responsible for providing their own trash receptacles, cookware, eating utensils and cleaning supplies.

Hanging Items on Walls
For this building, only use 3M Command Strips for hanging items.
Wallpaper, peel and stick wallpaper, mounting televisions, LED light strips and screw anchors are not permitted. Students are liable for any damages caused by unapproved hanging methods.
