Parham East offers residents a fully furnished room. Most rooms are double-occupancy with community bathrooms, though some suites are available. The hall is located near on-campus dining options like Mary B’s. Each floor has a common space area for residents, along with the 1st floor lounge, community kitchen, and laundry room. Students are responsible for providing their own trash receptacles, cookware, eating utensils and cleaning supplies.

Double-Occupancy Unit
(Typical)

The Double-Occupancy Unit is a bedroom with one set of shared furniture, and two sets of resident furniture. These units line the outer wall of the corridor, with community bathrooms on the opposite wall of the corridor.
2-Bedroom Suite with Bathroom
(Rooms end in -12 or -28)

The 2-Bedroom Suite with Bathroom opens into a living room and a shared sink. Across from the entrance is a private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The bedrooms are located on either side of the living room, each with a set of resident furniture.
2-Bedroom Suite without Bathroom
Rooms end in -02 or -38

The 2-Bedroom Suite without Bathroom opens into a central living room. Doors on opposite sides of the living room lead to two bedrooms, each with a set of resident furniture.
3-Bedroom Suite
Rooms end in -08 or -32

The 3-Bedroom Suite opens into a living room and a shared sink. Near the entrance is a bathroom with a closet, two sinks, two toilets, and two showers. Two bedrooms are located on one side of the living room with a third bedroom on the opposite side, each with a set of resident furniture.

Hanging Items on Walls
For this building, only use 3M Command Strips for hanging items.
Wallpaper, peel and stick wallpaper, mounting televisions, LED light strips and screw anchors are not permitted. Students are liable for any damages caused by unapproved hanging methods.
